Several factors could be to blame. For example, a difficulty with the charge pump, being stuck in high-speed mode, not enough pressure or flow in the hydraulics, a blockage in the motor case drain line, or the tracks being too tight could all be contributing factors.
WHY DOES IT HEAT UP?
Overheating is a particular problem with smaller excavators. When your excavator overheats, be sure to check the following things:
- Verify the load
- Inspect the exhaust system
- Make sure the radiator cap is secure.
- Keep the radiator clean.
WHY IS IT NOT STARTING?
A variety of factors could cause this problem. Examine the following:
- First, check the voltage from the key to the starter with a voltmeter if you have one.
- Second, check the directional joystick; it's possible that the directional cables are to blame.
- Then, double-check the starter's wires.
- Finally, make sure the 'dead man's switch' is turned on because if it isn't, the excavator won't start.
WHY IS MY EXCAVATOR SO SLOW TO MOVE?
- A problem with the hydraulic system is one of the most typical reasons. Therefore, it's preferable to have a service technician come out and inspect the hydraulics. Among the causes are:
